Honestly I’m not a big Champagne fan. I usually prefer Franciacorta wines.
Sometimes for having a good Champagne you have to spend a lot of money! This is not happening with Franciacorta that gives you great results even with the inexpensive bottles…
But I have to say that this is really very good! And a great value!
Magnificent golden hue. Very expressive, highly endearing nose of white fruits, mild spices. The palate displays seductive, well-integrated exuberance and focused, long-lasting scents. A wine for serious food that works well with fish and charcuterie.
