I’ve always been a creative gourmet chef of my family and design all of the recipes, create delicious unexpected gourmet food and wine pairings. As a professional wine and liquor expert with many years of “studying and drinking” skills, pairing the perfect drink is the hot goal for me. I became passionate about wine in large part because of my job in the liquor business but then I get excited about learning more and more about wine. It’s fun for me, and at times challenging to learn about wine. I’ve come to realize it’s a passionate life-long love affair with wine. I especially enjoy trying new wines, and exploring the wines of the world. I also love the travel that comes with wine exploration. Wine country is almost always just so beautiful.
